Open up your eclipse. Right click on your project and select Export. Select Export Android Application. Then click Next.
Browse your project. Click Next.
Select Create new keystore. Browse your location to store your new keystore and enter Password. Then click Next.
Enter the following details for your keystore.
Password: your password must be match from previous one.
Confirm: your confirm password.
Validity (years) : minimum 30 years.
First and Last Name: <your_developer_name>
Organizational IT: IT
City or Locality: Kuala Lumpur
State or Province: Kuala Lumpur
Country Code (XX): MY
Browse destination APK file. Click Finish.
Open your browser and enter this URL, https://play.google.com/apps/publish/ . (I assume you already have google play developer account). Then enter your password.
Click Add new application.
Enter Title and click Upload APK.
Click Upload new APK to Production.
Click Browse. Select ***.apk file and click Open.
Wait until it finish uploading.
You will get this error if your current one higher than your APK file. You need to change version code in Android Manifest file inside your android project.
Open AndroidManifest.xml in your eclipse.
Change version code to 4. (Current version code is 3). Then export again your project.
Upload once more to google play. If successful, you will get this kind of result.
Scroll down and click Publish now to Production.
Go to Store Listing and enter all details for store listing.
Insert screenshots at least 2 screenshots. Maximum is 8 screenshots. JPEG or 24-bit PNG (no alpha). Min length for any side: 320px. Max length for any side: 3840px.
Insert your Hi-res icon. Your icon size must be 512px x 512px.
Go to Pricing & Distribution. Choose Free. Then Malaysia in country section. In CONSENT section, select Content guidelines and US export laws.
Scroll up and click Save and Publish.
